IST step
You must open you Google docs by entering your gmail id.
2nd step
Upload your excel sheet in which you have did your all accounting
3rd step
Invite other person for sharing. Other person must also open his Google docs for see the online work of his employee.
4th step
Now if employee you any excel formula it will see live to his boss.
Because his sheet is now online.
