Making of password for making document read only not change
Tool button gives facility to make any document as read only. It is very simple procedure to do it . For this you have to go to tool button , then click protect document .After clicking protect document you click right side option (read only )and write your password and here in end click yes button . Then your duty is to save and exit from document after this you will see that you can only read your document. You can not change your document, if you want to unprotect , write your password after this you can change your document.
