
Whether you are preparing CA or CMA or CS or MBA or M.Com or B.Com or 10+2 or 10+1, doing daily morning and evening exercises is must. It will make your physically fit. Physically fit means, you will get strong brain and strong mind. Otherwise, your mind and brain will both lazy. Lazy mind and lazy brain will not focus on study. So, if you want to get as student and top in your exams, you must do following 10 top exercises daily.
1. Fast Running 800 meter to 1 Km Daily morning and Evening
It is full body warm up and exercise. Every day, every student must run fast 1 kms morning and evening. If you did not know how to run fast, learn from my following video.
2. Do 100 Push Ups
Every student should do push up daily. It has increased your whole body energy and also increased your focus level. If you do not know how to increase the stamina for doing 100 push ups. Watch my video for learning.
3. Do 50 Pull Ups
Pull ups will both increase your good posture and also increase you physical power. So, every student must do this exercise.
4. Do Height Growing Exercises

5. Mental Exercise
