To know the thinking of new candidate is very necessary. What does he think about life? You can do some practical experiment. Take a big bucket. Keep very small water in bucket. Ask, whether water is less or more in this bucket. I think majority of candidate will say. Water is very low in the bucket. But intelligent person will say, water is enough. How will he prove?

When you are building the team, never give high rank to experience. We know, experience makes expert. But blood flow of experienced person will low after spending big time in it. We need Energetic and Dynamic people for our accounting team who will grow our company fastly.
