Today, I was reading the news that a student of a college was assaulted with sharp-edged weapons. After reading this news, I was thinking the reasons of this. This is not new issue. In my college time, same mis-happening happened. Students are killing other students. Instead of becoming friend they are becoming the enemy of each other. Why? Why?
1st Reason : Big sources of Violence Education
It is the bad luck of our students that they can easily get violence education from the society. This society may be movies media, internet or may be bad gangs whose one aim is to destruct the society. So, we have to control it with strict laws.
2nd Reason : Lack of Moral Education
When one student assault on the basis of old rivalry. It means, there is lack of moral education. Today teachers ( Not all ) have become just counting machine of money. They are just interested to cover syllabus and always think per day income. They may be earn Rs. 700 per day or Rs. 1000 per day. But I am sorry to say to teachers that they are not really interested to provide moral education. You are interested to teach accounting, maths, science and other subject but they forget that their students are not just getting education from them. They are getting big bad education from bad society who are teaching them to kill other without any reason and become hero. Teachers should come forward for providing moral education. They have to become example by his great conduct.
3rd Reason : Lack of Motivation for Becoming Good
I always say that students are the store of consumption of teachers thoughts. If teacher has decided to motivate to change his students' behaviour. No one can stop his way. In daily lecture, teacher should give inspiration for creating goodness in the students. Law can punish but it can not change other student's life. There are lots of sections like 147,148,149,323 and 324 of IPC for punishing defaulter students. But do you think, their behaviour will change after getting this punishment? No, never. They can become good student only after your motivation. So, today, I am telling my own motivational stories. After watching and listening, I hope, you will become good.
