Importance of Patience in Education Sector

Patience is very important thing in Education Sector. Wait of result is not patience but to study regularly without thinking of fail and pass is patience. On the other side, teacher thinks that his student should be intelligent fastly. But if teacher teaches patiently, after sometime, he can see good changes in students. I always say that teaching is not to cover the syllabus but teaching is the way to increase student's strength of mind. If as a teacher, you have patience, this will be as example and your student will follow.

Today, I am reading the life of Bhagat Puran Singh who had established Pingalwara in Amritsar ( Punjab ) for helping to helpless and handicapped people. He said in his book, " Without learning the quality of patience, your all education will be waste like any other waste product. I am also a student who failed in 10th, but I have adopted the quality of patience in my life and I teach PhD scholar during my lecture section." Bhagat puran singh was just 9th pass and he had written and published very knowledgeable books and served humanity. He was also awarded padma Shri from president of India.
