For getting this online, you have to follow following steps.
1st Step’s Part 1: Choose and Fill Best Online Form for Making PAN Card Online
For making PAN card online in India, you need to choose and fill best online form. At https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/ , there are lots of forms of PAN, you have to choose one of best. If you are Indian citizen and making PAN card first time, you need to fill form 49 A. If you are NRI or foreign citizen, you need to fill form 49AA. There is also form for changing in your present PAN card. When you will choose form 49A, you have to select your personality. You may be individual or firm or company or trust. Select anyone given option and click select. As per your personality, you will see the form 49A online. Fill the correct information in it.
1st Step’s Part 2: Deposit the Fees of PAN Card Making Fees
You just go to bank and deposit PAN card making fees of Rs. 105 and then choose net banking in your form 49A. You can choose other option if you pay fees through bank draft or cheque or debit or credit card. You just mention the bank draft or cheque number and date. No need to show this detail in debit or credit card.
2nd Step : Print Acknowledgement after Saving Online Application
It is your duty to print acknowledgement after submitting and saving online pan application
3rd Step : Affix two recent colour photographs with white background (size 3.5 cm x 2.5 cm)
In third step, you need to affix two recent colour photographs with white background (size 3.5 cm x 2.5 cm). in the space provided in the acknowledgement. The photographs should not be stapled or clipped to the acknowledgement.
4th Step : Signature / Left Thumb Impression should only be within the box provided in the acknowledgement
Signature is necessary for your physical declaration of correctness of information which you have provided in online form.
5th Step : Send acknowledgement plus important document to Income Tax PAN Services Unit
You have to send this acknowledgement plus following important documents to income tax PAN services unit address “'Income Tax PAN Services Unit, NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited, 5th floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No. 341, Survey No. 997/8, Model Colony, Near Deep Bungalow Chowk, Pune – 411016” by writing on the envelope with 'APPLICATION FOR PAN - Acknowledgement Number' (e.g. 'APPLICATION FOR PAN - 881010100000097').

- Address proof photocopy
- Date of birth proof photocopy
- Original demand draft or cheque
After following above steps, you will get PAN card in your address within 15 to 20 days.
