Why should Invest in Property

In India, today, every person is interested to invest money in property. Main reason behind of this is big earning. In technical word, Return of property investment is the highest when we compare other industries. Profit between 2000 to 2010 from properties business is limitless when there was boom in the market of real estate.

When we compare the properties investment with bank FD, share market investment, earning from properties investment has won the race. Not just earning, you can get security of your invested money in this business because there is zero risk of becoming your money zero. We see that crores of rupees became zero in share market when share prices went down. But, there is no information that property's value became zero. Main reason is clear. We can use property for so many purposes. We can make school, college, hospital on the properties. Except above, following are the main reasons for investing in property.

1. No Need for Personal Care

When you buy the property, you need not care it personally. For example, you have bought 300 gaj land and cover it with 3 inch wall and closed it with gate. Now, who will live in it when you will just go here after every week. It is enough. You need not to care this investment for 24 hours. You can do your other business also.

2. Safe Investment

If we will explain first point more deeply, then we have to make second point. It means, there is no risk of robbery of this investment. It is not gold in your home which can be taken by thieves in the night. This is not stock which will be fired by someone.

3. Lower Rate Property is Diamond

When someone sells you the low rate property and you think, why should invest in this property? Because you can think there may be something default in this property. That is the reason, property is being sold at low rate. So, instead of thinking, collect the main facts of this. You must buy this low property, if you know the real fact behind this and you have sufficient knowledge about, how to solve this problem. After this, you can earn big profit by selling this lower rate property at higher rate.

4. Earning  from Properties

Main earning from properties is the profit from selling. You have bought property. When you have found that its prices have increased. You have sold and you have gained the profit. This is the best option. For this, you should invest in property. Second is to give it on rent. But getting rent may be risky earning because tenant may possess  your property. At that time, you will just become the customer of lawyers. So, never become fool for getting rent. Invest your money in property and do your different business on it and then sell it at higher rate. So, simple. You can operate your hotel on your business. You can start nursery on your property. You can open your own shops and appoint your own employees for selling your own products.
