If you are doctor , tutor or any profession which have only cash related transactions . Then you can record these transactions in excel sheets .Here I am giving some tips for making your simple accounts in excel.
open your excel sheet
then write your cash book one sheet is related to receipt
write all the receipt date wise record and then save in file button
if you have any payment then you can save it in payment sheet
After closing day of the account you can calculate the difference and check your cash
